Delivery & Returns Policy
Once an order is received, it is delivered to the customer within 24 hours, but this may be longer depending upon what item is purchased and the time it takes to make delivery arrangements.

You can contact Smart Effect Gadgets from Monday - Friday from 10 AM - 9 PM for any questions related to our products, or any assistance with setting up our smart devices.
Warranty / Exchanges Policy (if applicable)
Our products carry a 30-day warranty. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be issued an exchange. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be issued an exchange. Once we receive a return back to our offices, it normally takes us 3 days to process the exchange. If we do not have the same product in stock we will place an order that it will take between 4 to 6 weeks.
Delivery costs are not part of the warranty or is reimbursable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction caused by improper use of the device. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@smart-effect.com. We will then provide location where you can drop-off the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or contact you via phone to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Delivery costs are not included in the warranty.
